The Health Services Office Assistant position oversees and conducts all the daily items needed for a functioning clinic while maintaining confidentiality. They conduct the daily processes from assisting each patient in navigating through the clinic, on the phone, or by email, to maintaining the supplies needed for day-to-day encounters, to organizing the census logs, patient files, and medical records, and maintaining the monthly items of bills and management of receipts for finance submission with utilization reports generated. This position will be key to billing of insurances and collecting insurance information from patients and assisting with reconciliation of payments from patients and insurance companies.
