Hospital Liaison

Caldera Care is now hiring an experienced Hospital Liaison to cover our Seattle Market ! Come join our amazing team! Must have previous experience with Nursing Home Admissions and Marketing.

Pay Range: $35-$40 DOE with additional incentive program in place

What you will do:

• Hospital Liaison is responsible to build and grow census/quality mix by developing the market and providing prospective residents and/or responsible parties with information and assistance that us appropriate when considering the selection of a skilled nursing facility.
• With support lead the development and implementations of creative marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Contact visits, and traveling required
• Assist admissions in providing feedback from the prospective referrals and business partners and/or hospitals.
• Compiles and produces regularly scheduled reports from all business development efforts as required.
• Monitors and maintains marketing budgets and usage reports.
• Provides tours of facility, explains services, and distribute brochures.
• Assist in calling hospitals daily and updating on bed availability.

Experience

• 3-4 years of experience in a marketing/admission position (within Skilled Nursing), with a heavy emphasis on customer service
• Must be connected with resources in local area
• Flexibility in schedule

Compensation for roles at North Auburn Rehabilitation & Health Center varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, North Auburn Rehabilitation & Health Center provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that North Auburn Rehabilitation & Health Center expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
