In 1994, a crazy Irishman named Scunny decided to open a Mexican restaurant in a Polish neighborhood. With only enough money to open a pizza shop, he birthed the Pizza and Wing Factory. Eventually, the vacant lot next door became the space for Mama's Nachos! We are an eclectic and super fun restaurant famously known as "Where East Bawmer meets Mexico."
