Manpower is looking for a professional individual who will create a wonderful first impression for guests at an exclusive Upscale Boutique hotel located in Palm Springs, Ca.

This individual must:

*Approach all encounters in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner.

*Respect the privacy and information of all guests. Confidentiality and discretion are a must.

*Maintain regular attendance and highest standards of personal appearance and grooming.

*Maintain 5-star level customer service. Answer is always "yes" or find a solution to meet the guests' needs.

*Concierge duties such as restaurant reservations and knowledge of the area (things to do, events, restaurants, tickets etc.)

*Retrieve expensive vehicles and ability to lift and move luggage.

*Have basic computer and office skills.

*Have ability to do small things such as, hold a conversation, and have a well-mannered sense of humor.

Qualifications:

*Previous hospitality experience

*Ability to pass a background check

*Ability to pass a drug screen
