Job Description - HR Service Delivery Specialist

Job Description



We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Service Delivery Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of HR services through efficient, scalable, and high-quality operational systems and processes. Reporting to the HR Service Delivery Manager, you will be on the frontline providing support to employees in the areas of benefits, payroll, onboarding, and general HR inquiries.

As HR Service Delivery Specialist your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as a central point of contact for employees and leaders for HR related inquiries via ServiceNow Case Management System
  • Provide superior customer service when responding to employee questions regarding payroll, company policies, benefits and general HR inquiries across the company
  • I-9 documentation and processing
  • New Hire Onboarding
  • Facilitate off-boarding activities including termination documentation, final paychecks, and separation information
  • Process various forms related to documenting Human Resources activities
  • Maintain employee personnel files
  • Run various employee reports as needed
  • Participate in and on HR Service Delivery projects
  • Identify ways to drive efficiency and improve customer service; design, implement and execute process improvements that improve the employee experience

Qualifications



WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management Preferred or Business disciplines, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of human resources experience with exposure to multiple HR disciplines
  • Experience in Success Factors, SAP or other HR systems
  • Passion for delivering a superior employee experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changes quickly and build effective relationships across the organization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both oral and written and the ability to communicate well with employees at all levels
