We are Hiring an HVAC Retrofit Installer!

Be part of our retrofit installation team! This position performs retrofit /changeout installation of residential and light commercial equipment, and indoor air quality products. We offer full-time, year-round work, company-paid training to obtain and maintain industry certification, including NATES and Electrical Trainee instruction and certified hours for a 06A/B License.

Job Title: Residential HVAC Retrofit Installer

Pay Scale: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime

What you will be doing:

• Installation of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Qualifications / Skills

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 3 + years of residential retrofit install experience
• Electrical trainee card
• 06B Electrical License desired
• EPA universal
• Proficient in installing Gas Pipe
• Proficient in installing Refrigeration Pipe
• Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
• General knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems
• Ability to test and balance systems
• Understand and apply all relevant codes
• High school diploma or equivalent
