HVAC Service Manager

NOW HIRING - HVAC Service Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair and installation operations within our company. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.Duties:-Install, Repair and Maintain HVAC units when needed

- Manage and supervise a team of technicians and installers

- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards

- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs

- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide solutions

- Oversee property maintenance, repairs and installs for HVAC/R systems-Maintain and monitor inventory

- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspectionsSkills:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

- Experience in property maintenance, repairs and installs for HVAC/R systems

- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
