Pay Rate: This is a performance pay position. What this means is we provide the opportunity for the strongest/most dedicated service technicians who provide the best service and the ability to earn premium pay. This position provides the opportunity to make SIX figures a year based on your performance!!!

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Self-starter with a drive to succeed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential
• Ability to work as a team member and as an individual
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours as needed
• Must pass a background security check and drug testing
• Valid Driver's License and must pass MVR check to drive company vehicles and be insurable
• Open to training from experienced technicians and a long-term career path
• EPA certification (at least type II)
• N.A.T.E. certification is preferred but not required
