Full job description

Cigna’s Information Protection (CIP) Brand Advisor will be responsible for leading the development and ongoing tracking of external documentation activities for Cigna's US Commercial, International Markets and Evernorth functions. Working with the CIP Security Inquiry Management (SIM) Team, this role will develop Information Protection documents for internal stakeholders, clients, and external parties.

The Brand Advisor will act as the lead brand and content subject matter expert (SME) working collaboratively with the entire CIP organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Own CIP's internal brand strategy, including refresh activities and communicating changes appropriately. Create presentations to demonstrate CIP’s value with engaging and impactful content that effectively communicates our security practices and controls.
  • Lead the development and ongoing support of externally facing security presentations and documents.
  • Manage and maintain team processes and documents across all company markets. Enhance and maintain team department internal web presence and assist with cybersecurity content for Cigna's external web presence.
  • Deliver innovative cybersecurity materials to internal business & IT areas.
  • Act as lead for annual Cyber Insurance Renewal Presentations.
  • Work as the key sponsor for aligning CIP SIM’s Iris web presence to CIP's brand and strategy. Consult with CIP SIM requestors in every part of the organization to create engaging presentations (content and design reviews).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Additional responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years relevant experience in marketing or communications
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills as well as ability to work independently
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present and develop presentations
  • Strong skillset and working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe products
  • Creative skillset to help visualize complex information into digestible, engaging presentations


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
