As a growing company, we are currently looking for a qualified team member to join our Insurance Department. What you will do:

• Contact customers via phone and email to obtain updated insurance information.
• Correspond with insurance carriers, third parties where necessary, and customers on all insurance matters.
• Process cancellations and refunds of ancillary products.
• Manage open insurance claims and process proceeds as applicable.
• Understand application of regulatory guidelines.

Things that will help you succeed:

• Experience in insurance claims or finance a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Basic computer skills
• Bilingual is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Must submit to and pass a background check
