In this position, you'll engage closely with external brokers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring they have the confidence to represent our healthcare insurance products effectively. Your goal is to support and inform our brokers throughout their journey with us, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved. Daily Responsibilities Include: Resolving complex inquiries related to insurance benefits, claims, enrollment, and billing for all our product lines.
Providing premium, personalized support to brokers, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
Acting as a trusted advisor and the first point of contact for our brokers.
What You'll Need
At least one year of experience in customer service.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
The ability to tackle mid-to-high level customer service challenges.
Proficiency with computers.
Reliable high-speed internet (>15 mbps).
A compatible headset (USB wired recommended).
