The Opportunity

Daikin Comfort Technologies Manufacturing, L.P., is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Key Accounts Analyst position for our South Division located out of Atlanta, GA. The core responsibility for the Key Accounts Analyst is to support and manage day-to-day activities of strategic accounts, including Private Equity (PE) and Consolidator groups. This position will be responsible for supporting customer and consolidator group recruitment, onboarding, and development process while helping to develop and update program support materials and tracking tools, and coordinating events and training sessions. May include, in addition to;

  • Support the Director, Private Equity Strategy with the management of activities and programs to identify, recruit, sign, manage, and develop Private Equity, Consolidator, and Key Account groups
  • Proactively provide account insight through aggregating and analyzing customer data from CRM, customer sales history, sales forecasts, and other internal and external sources
  • Regularly update and maintain CRM and tracking tools to provide accurate and up-to-date information and insights to management through update meetings and presentations
  • Serve as a key point of contact for program news, information, and updates
  • Provide training on Daikin processes and procedures as needed to internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Assist with PE channel needs, including account setup, analysis, tracking, program agreements, customer communications, training, and ongoing account management
  • Manage and confirm the enrollment, onboarding, and renewal process for program contractors
  • Maintain familiarity with Daikin, Goodman, and Amana products, programs, and strategies
  • Build relationships, communicate and work effectively with key internal and external stakeholders and team members, including: Sales leadership, Business Development teams, Programs teams, Analytics, IT, PE customer, contractor leadership, and more
  • Support Divisional Sales Leadership as needed with Key Accounts and other special projects
  • Build and strengthen relationships with PE partners, dealers, and internal stakeholders through proactive communications, strategic insights, and relevant information sharing
  • Participate in additional projects to support ongoing business needs

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Creative and strategic thinker with vision, drive and passion for developing incredible customer programs and events
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Ability to learn and perform advanced spreadsheet functions for analysis and tracking and develop high quality presentations and materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members, external customers and vendors at all levels
  • Proactive, self-starter that takes initiative each and every day to improve customer support, information, and communication
  • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Effective writing, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and interpersonal skills
  • Results oriented attitude and tolerance for a fast-paced working environment and ability to deliver on timelines
  • Ability to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job

Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in sales, sales support, marketing, or program management

Education:

  • BA in Business, Marketing or related field
