As a GE90 HPT module team member in the Fleet / Product Support Engineering (PSE) role Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization Manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise and contribute to the overall business strategy

Responsibilities
• Work within a module team (global PSE, repair, design) to work collaboratively and produce results for our customers • Manage competing priorities and remove obstacles to meet customer needs • Build mutually beneficial and lasting customer relationships through teleconferences and face-to-face sessions • Participate in field event investigations to analyze data and assist in return-to-service activities • Collaborate with module leaders to analyze shop/field data and identify trends • Become the focal point to provide guidance with airline line maintenance inquiries • Analyze fleet data to look for leading indicators • Author GE90 service bulletins and update maintenance manuals • Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices • Use a high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics from an accredited university or college • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an Aviation related engineering position • Operational experience working in and managing complex, distributed teams • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Fluency in English
