Licensing & Compliance Mgr., AMXL Programs

DESCRIPTION

The Licensing & Compliance Manager will be responsible for prioritizing licensing needs to support a broad set of service installations, responsible for acquiring and maintaining licenses for a region as needed. This person will hold one or more General Contractor (GC) licenses and maintain knowledge of state and municipal jurisdictions that they oversee. They will perform compliance audits and to acquire additional GC licensing as needed. Key job responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end operational analysis programs which result in impactful customer experience enhancements for heavy/bulky products.
- Contribute and help drive programs across multiple product categories and regions, including the scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, recommendations and presenting results to senior management.
- Partner with senior business leaders across the company in developing programs and communicating/following-up on actionable findings.
- Work cross functionally with peers/colleagues to support training, best practices, and shared opportunities.
- Continuous innovation and process improvement efforts to optimize program efficiencies.
- Up to 50% travel required. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Virtual Location - SC

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
