Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Reliance Steel & Aluminum is looking for a hardworking and motivated Live Chat Representative to join our team remotely from Denver, Colorado. As an Entry Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat interactions with our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively to solve customer inquiries.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide support, answer questions, and assist with issues - Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers - Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed - Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer concerns - Meet or exceed performance goals for speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in basic computer software and customer relationship management systems - Must be innovative and analytical in approach to customer interactions
