Loan Servicing Assistant POST NUMBER:

Vaco is currently hiring a Loan Servicing Assistant for our client in Waukesha, WI. This position is full-time onsite.  Top things they will be handling:

• 1 Review & check-back consumer loan documents, ensuring that all mortgages and titles are compliant.
• Assist with the force placement of insurance.
• Scan and verify HMDA withdrawn/denied loans.
• Scan incoming loan documents into the bank’s system of record - insurance changes, address changes, deceased notices, etc.

• Monitor property tax installment payments & maintain the Delinquent Taxes Spreadsheet
• Monitor and maintain the Loan File Room
• Assist Loan Servicing Department with incoming calls – delivering customer service excellence while assisting with inquiries, updates, and problem resolution.

• Calculate payoffs as requested by internal and external customers.
• Distribute the department’s daily reports & incoming mail.

Software: Microsoft Suite Education: Associates Degree   Must haves: Banking/teller/retail experience, 2 -year degree
