Maintenance Documenter at one of our top clients in Carrollton, KY This could be the opportunity you’re looking for.
Pay : $20.00 an hour Full time role with 120 hours PTO, Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Documenter? You’ll be: - Performing required clerical duties Proficiency in typing, filing, entering information into computer system, answering the telephone, and providing, requesting, and assisting with information. Compiles and types statistical reports including tables, charts and text using spreadsheet software
- Receiving and sorting of Maintenance Job Packages Receives, date stamps, and sorts Maintenance Job Packages Analyze and validate data for reporting purposes. Knowledge of plant codes: i.e., job types, equipment group ID numbers, site service codes, site plant codes, plant priority codes, craft codes, etc. o Understanding of job steps. Know when to look for T I steps, valve shop or pump shop steps, etc.
- Updating the Maintenance Management System Enters/Documents Work Order Equipment Repair Forms into SAP computer system Compare data entered with source documents to verify information Performs trouble-shooting and decision-making tasks in the SAP when necessary.
- Communications with GMWP roles Communicates with Work Coordinators and Do-Workers daily on concerns or issues that may arise, like missing information on forms. Forwards information to Maintenance Engineers, Reliability Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, PPM Coordinators, File Room, ODMS Library, etc. when necessary.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have : - Experience in packaging operations
- Minimum work experience in a manufacturing environment of 1-2 years.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and as a representative of the team to others.
- Strong emphasis on Safety. A Safety evaluation will be part of an annual performance evaluation.
