Reddit - "the front page of the internet" is one of our fastest growing teams. This is a new line of business we are adding that will support Reddit’s internal Global Insights Team. This team builds comprehensive presentations containing trends across audience, verticals, geo, and other demographics showcasing opportunity and recommendations for some of the biggest brands using Reddit advertising. We are looking for a leader who is a savvy marketer, understands brands and trending and can pull together a compelling storyline. The right candidate has a consultative approach; a successful track record of building process and scaling; and can roll up their sleeves and do the job alongside a talented and diverse team located in both the US and India. You will report to the VP of Digital Ads and will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day activities and performance of the team. Location: Ogden, UT - Hybrid What Will You Do?

• Using your insights delivery background, develop the team into meeting delivery expectations for key brands using the Reddit platform for advertising.
• Successfully drive the team to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual project SLAs and quotas.
• Provide detailed reporting and clarity on team’s performance, needs and opportunities to improve.
• Manage the team’s performance against expectations through monitoring, coaching, and feedback.
• Create workstreams and communication to effectively connect the team and process across geos.
  

What Will You Need to Succeed?

• Adtech/Media background experience preferred.
• Experience using data insight tools such as Comscore, Quantcast, GlobalWebIndex, Simmons, MRI, etc.
• Brand insight delivery experience a must. Able to showcase examples of previous work analyzing, trending and recommendation builds using audience, vertical and other key trending information.
• Background in identifying talent and building teams.
• Experience managing multiple workflows and projects from creation to completion.
• Ability to integrate and evolve based on feedback from stakeholders to inform future deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills to understand complicated data, but the creativity to apply that data in new and innovative ways. Data visualization expertise is a must.
• Strong data storytelling skills, able to distill insights into an overarching narrative that culminates in compelling brand recommendations.
• Translation of data and cohesive narrative into actionable insights that will feed into brand recommendations. These will be integrated into google slides as an easily digestible.
• One plus years of management/supervisory experience or equivalent OR currently holds a MarketStar Team Lead or Program Manager position.
• Must have an adaptive management style and be able to work at micro and macro level.
• Previous experience in brand strategy or insights preferred.

The pay range for this position is $78,000 - $88,000 annually. This pay structure may include a variable bonus component. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
