Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of West Memphis is one of the Premier Behavioral Health Hospitals providing inpatient psychiatric treatment for adolescents and youth. Our hospitals across the southeast offer residential and outpatient services to best serve out clients. We provide comprehensive care that is designed for the individual.  The Mobile Assessor is responsible for providing mobile clinical assessment and coordinating appropriate level of care as clinically determined. This position provides support services to the Assessment & Referrals dept and assists in the pre-certification of insurance and memorandum of transfer as needed from one hospital to another.
Responsibilities include:

• Responding to intake calls
• Ability to assist with marketing and strategy
• Providing assessments in the field.
• Provide support services to intake and pre-cert process
• Ability to represent the facility in a wide range of professional settings
• Provide clinical and clerical support to hospitals we serve in the community
• Make appropriate recommendations and coordinate with admissions and patients

Qualifications
Education: Registered Nurse or Master's Degree in a human relations field.
Experience: Two or more years’ experience in psychiatric assessment activities with supervisory experience. A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a psychiatric hospital setting, including customer contact is preferred.
Licensure: Licensed to practice in the State of AR as an RN, LMSW, LCSW, or LPC.
Additional Requirements: A working knowledge of the DSM-IVR and the Mental Status
