Job Description - MR/PET/CT/DR Customer Service Engineer

Responsibilities Provide exemplary on-site service support, exceeding customer expectations and setting industry standards.
Collaborate closely with our Customer Care Center to troubleshoot, maintain, and update designated products.
Embrace new technologies while leveraging core strengths in customer service.
Play a pivotal role in launching new medical imaging systems in the US market.
Continuously enhance technical competence to better assist customers.
Promptly escalate challenges to ensure swift resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment in designated geographic regions.
Attend service training courses as required and pursue UIH Professional Certificate completion.
Minimum Requirements Education: Associate degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent experience. Experience: Familiarity with diagnostic imaging equipment principles and configurations (MR, CT, PET, DR, etc.) preferred.
Previous field service experience managing a geographic territory and troubleshooting hardware, mechanical, and software systems is advantageous.
Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office suite, and network communication is required. Skills and Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment focused on customer success.
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and colleagues.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Willingness to travel extensively (at least 75%) for customer support and training.
