Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team for weekly solo runs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of Tractor/Trailer experience, with a focus on pulling 48-53ft trailers. We are open to considering any relevant experience, as long as it meets this criterion.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain company-owned trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Transport goods from one location to another on scheduled routes.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of yourself and others on the road.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues or concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and deliveries made.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
• Ensure that all cargo is secured properly and in compliance with transportation guidelines.
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times when interacting with customers and other road users.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of Tractor/Trailer experience, preferably with experience pulling 48-53ft trailers.
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent driving skills and a commitment to safety.
• Must be able to drive an average of 2500-3000 miles per week.

Compensation:

• Competitive pay rates ranging from $0.48 to $0.50 cents per mile, depending on experience and safety record.
• Weekly pay schedule.
• Opportunity for overtime pay as needed.
