This position is responsible for direct parts support and parts business growth for a multifunctional business unit providing steam and hydronic thermal solutions in the northeast. The Parts Analyst is responsible for supporting internal and external customers to ensure availability of parts for the installed base of thermal energy solutions. The Parts Analyst position plays a key role in maintaining Blake Thermal Sales & Service's reputation as a leading provider of thermal energy solutions. This position reports to the Parts Manager and will be located at our East Windsor, CT location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate parts proposals for internal and external customers. This will include taking incoming inquiries for parts by phone or email.
• Assist the parts manager with inventory management to ensure inventory is aligned with market needs. Ensure shipments from company inventory are processed and submitted for billing.
• Identify regional suppliers to ensure exceptional turnaround communication to clients while increasing profitability.
• Act as liaison to manufacturers and vendors for warranty items, product development initiatives, product improvement requirements, customer concerns and other items as required.
• Provide strategic input to the sales team that will ensure advancement in Blake Thermal's position in the marketplace.
• Frequent communication with management and finance departments.
• Provide direct parts support to internal and external customers.
• Remain up to date on all safety and compliance rules, regulations and policies related to this position.
• Other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial and industrial parts support operations preferred.
• Steam and hydronic boiler systems experience preferred .
• Ability to read and understand exploded view drawings for the purposes of researching parts requests.
• Inventory management and logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to produce detailed but concise quotations pertaining to customer requirements
• Ability to think strategically.
• Proven ability to interact with clients relative to parts business growth.
• Ability to productively interact with a cross-functional team.
• Self-starter who possesses a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to travel up to 10% within the Northeast Region. Valid drivers' license required.
