Cornhusker Auto Center is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Sales Associate. As a Parts Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their parts needs, and selling parts to both retail and wholesale customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their parts needs
• Use computer systems to locate parts and check inventory levels
• Sell parts to both retail and wholesale customers
• Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with inventory management by stocking and organizing parts, conducting cycle counts, and ordering parts as needed
• Work closely with the service department to ensure that parts are ordered and delivered in a timely manner
• Keep up-to-date with new products and technologies in the automotive industry

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods of time
• Valid driver's license
