PC SUPPORT SPECIALIST JOB AVAILABLE IN MINNEAPOLIS, MN

Volt is immediately hiring a PC Support Specialist in Minneapolis, MN.

As a PC Support Specialist , you will:

· First point of contact for users seeking technical assistance.

· Primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate support to resolve device, software, and infrastructure issues.

· The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in IT systems, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a Full-time Contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

· 2 years post-secondary, certificates, or IT/customer service experience equivalent.

· Microsoft 365 experience huge plus.

Pay Rate: <$25 - $28 per hour>
