Primary Purpose:

Responsible for sales office functions, membership sales internal/external marketing, member retention/services and tours of the facility.

 

Primary Purpose:

Responsible for Customer Service Desk functions related to customer service, orientation, processing of all members, guests, and prospective members.

 

Responsible for front desk functions related to customer service. Orienting and processing all members, guests and prospective members.

Reports: Sales and Service Manager, Operations Supervisor

 

Supervises:  None

Required Education: High school diploma/GED

 

Required Experience: Prefer previous customer service experience.

 

Required Certification/License/Registry:  None
