Job Description - Pick and Pack Worker

Warehouse Workers : Tilton, NH

Pay Rate: $21/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6AM-2:30PM

OR

Weekend plus 2 days during the week 6:30AM-5PM

We are currently seeking Warehouse Workers to join our team at our Distribution Center in Tilton, NH. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks including picking and packing orders, receiving new merchandise, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Receive new merchandise from factories and prepare garments and accessories for shipment to customers or retail stores

  • Select customer orders and ensure accurate and timely picking and packing of products

  • Put away returns and maintain proper organization of inventory

  • Follow detailed instructions to carry out tasks effectively and efficiently

  • Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions to ensure smooth workflow

  • Pay attention to detail to maintain high quality standards

  • Be flexible and able to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

  • Make judgment calls on quality to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to use good judgment in order to carry out detailed instructions

  • Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking and packing orders

  • Flexibility and multitasking abilities to adapt to changing priorities

  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment

  • Experience making judgment calls on quality would be an asset
