We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, and talented product operations leader to help oversee the assembly, prioritization and progress of our evolving ad product portfolio - driving workstreams to turn nascent prototypes into scalable programs, living and breathing performantly within Prime Video content experiences in steady state. This role’s scope of governance includes roadmap planning, overall feature request intake for the team, delivery planning for new ad products and Prime Video partner integrations, as well as mechanisms for critical biztech projects are prioritized and executed across stakeholder product and tech teams. As product operations manager you will drive these types of critical Prime Video advertising workstreams from end to end, in order to surprise and delight both streaming customers and video advertisers alike. You’ll get to work on projects that are fast-paced, challenging, and varied. You’ll also be able to experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people.

Oversee processes for executing on the Prime Video advertising product strategy. Drive planning and execution of all aspects of implementation of products, including product, engineering, and go-to-market. Work across multiple organizations including demand-side and supply-side teams to align on and achieve objectives. Build and drive internal and external partnerships with key stakeholders to foster alignment, prioritization and throughput of top PV ad product initiatives. A day in the life
Successful candidates will foster cross-team collaboration across business, technical and design counterparts. You will demonstrate your proficiency in launching complex products and services that satisfy Prime Video customers and drive business success with advertisers. You must be technical with a passion for streaming and digital advertising. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity. This means you are not only able to drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves to solve impromptu escalated matters - all ultimately in order to get the job done. You leverage mental models and data-driven decision making, and can effectively communicate verbally, and in writing, with leaders of all levels. As a leader on the team, you will take on mechanisms with autonomy and high visibility in order to drive alignment across levels, functions, and organizations. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
