Property and Auto Customer Services Agent

Location : Orlando Fl  Salary : Up to $20.00 per hour plus bonuses. Over $20.00 per hour for candidates with 5+ years of experience in homeowners and auto insurance sales, and can demonstrate their success in producing sales. 

Job Description : Universal Insurance is seeking a dynamic bilingual Insurance Sales Representative with a 4-40 license and experience in home and auto insurance. This role is ideal for someone who excels in sales and customer relations, aiming to build lasting relationships with clients while efficiently managing their insurance needs, and has a mature personality.

Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers.
• Gather information from customers to assess their insurance needs and risk profile.
• Complete and follow up on administrative tasks, including managing and processing paperwork, correspondence, and keeping detailed records.
• Adapt to additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Key Requirements :

• 4-40 or 2-20 license 
• 1+ years experience selling homeowners insurance and auto 
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent phone skills and etiquette.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Problem-solving capabilities.
• High level of personal integrity and professional ethics.

Physical Demands :

• This position primarily involves sedentary work, including periods of prolonged sitting.
• The role may occasionally require lifting of objects up to 20 pounds.
• Frequent use of computer and phone systems is essential.
• All duties are performed in a typical office environment, requiring the use of standard office equipment.
• Must effectively communicate with clients and team members in person and via communication devices.
• Seating long periods, typing, pulling, pushing, reach
• Long periods on the phone.
