The Seasonal Client Support Associate supports the district with various duties Coordinates client flow and assists in data entry and document collection Promotes the Jackson Hewitt brand through superior customer service

Responsibilities
• Greet clients and share information about services and promotions • Verify and enter customers' personal and Form W-2 information into software • Assist with scheduling tax preparation appointments • Monitor client flow and engage clients during wait times • Maintain a clean and inviting workplace • Assist in marketing and recruitment efforts
Requirements
• Good interpersonal and communication skills • Experience working in a high-volume retail environment preferred • Basic knowledge of computer functions and troubleshooting • Customer service or sales experience preferred • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license and insurance preferred • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent related business experience
