We are a family-owned and operated Automotive Repair Facility. Since 2011, we have been committed to conducting our business fairly and ethically. We are located in the heart of Clarksville, Tennessee, and serve middle Tennessee and the Fort Campbell area. What do we need?
We seek a self-motivated individual who enjoys working with customers and has an energetic and positive attitude. You will be an essential part of our team!
What will you be responsible for?
- Greeting customers in a timely, friendly manner.
- Communicating with customers on their maintenance and repair needs.
- Answering phone calls on a multiline system.
- Handling all emails, calls, and texts.
- Excellent communicator and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Doing follow-up calls with customers.
- Input data into the system to keep everything up to date.
- Maintain a neat and clean Office area.
- Light Cleaning as needed.
- Process payments and complete accompanying paperwork.
Experience:
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent phone skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to count a register and handle money.
- Social Media experience preferred.
- Word/ Excel/ Microsoft efficient.
What are our work hours?
Regular work hours are 7:30am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
