• Interview and screen applicants • Conduct reference checks • Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers • Assist hiring managers in selecting candidates • Coordinate employment offers • Collaborate with hiring managers to create and review employment requisitions • Communicate with hiring managers on requisition status • Review and analyze resumes • Arrange management interviews • Participate in job specification development and salary negotiation
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years (or commensurate experience) • 1+ year staffing government contracts • 1+ year staffing cleared positions • Experience in customer service and cold calling • Excellent communication skills
