Pay rate: $41.37

What’s a typical day as a Recruiter? You’ll be:

• Conducting full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Utilizing social media and online databases to source potential candidates.

• Managing applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate candidate records.

• Ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Have a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

• Possess strong customer service skills and the ability to deliver results.

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems.

• Have experience with social media recruiting and sourcing online databases.

• Have a good understanding of federal and state employment laws.
