Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

XPO Logistics is seeking an Account Support Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to key customer accounts through various channels of communication including phone, email, and chat - Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage customer accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction - Monitor account performance and provide recommendations for improvements - Assist in the development and implementation of new account strategies

Requirements: - Passionate and driven individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in project management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
