Job Description - Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Dick’s Sporting Goods is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in New York City, New York. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or customer support.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution - Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients - Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for growth and upselling - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Analyze account performance and prepare reports for management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in account management or customer support - Strong attention to detail and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently
