Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Account Support Officer to join our team at Cisco Systems in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Remote Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients, managing accounts, and assisting in customer relationship management.

Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients remotely - Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts - Collaborate with sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Conduct presentations to clients on products and services - Monitor client metrics and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of customer relationship management strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or account support - Strong communication and presentation skills - Leadership abilities to drive client engagement and satisfaction - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Visa sponsorship is available - Life insurance benefits - Paid Time Off (PTO)
