Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description: As a Remote Account Support Representative at Rappi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main duties will include managing client accounts, addressing customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work remotely from San Antonio, Texas, US, in a full-time entry-level position that requires no prior experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts, including onboarding, maintenance, and troubleshooting. 2. Provide timely and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat. 3. Address customer inquiries, issues, and escalations with a positive and helpful attitude. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and provide solutions. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database. 6. Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 7. Stay current on product updates, company policies, and industry trends to better assist clients. 8. Assist in training new team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
