Job Description: As a Remote Account Support Representative at Rappi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main duties will include managing client accounts, addressing customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work remotely from San Antonio, Texas, US, in a full-time entry-level position that requires no prior experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts, including onboarding, maintenance, and troubleshooting. 2. Provide timely and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat. 3. Address customer inquiries, issues, and escalations with a positive and helpful attitude. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and provide solutions. 5.
