Job Overview As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients by providing outstanding support in both English and Spanish. This remote position offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives. Responsibilities Conduct initial health screenings and welcome calls for new enrollees, adhering to contractual requirements Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Make outbound and receive incoming calls, leaving voicemails when necessary Identify and address barriers to ensure members complete necessary health screenings Analyze call data and adjust approaches to improve member engagement Handle sensitive topics and questions with empathy and professionalism Requirements At least 1 year of recent outbound call center experience, preferably in healthcare Fluency in both English and Spanish Strong typing skills (40+ words per minute) for documentation purposes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to multitask effectively High school diploma or GED required Benefits 401(k) with matching contributions Dental, health, vision, and life insurance coverage Flexible schedule Paid time off Schedule Day shift, Monday to Friday Weekends as needed No less than 40 hours per week Application Process If you're interested in this opportunity and meet the requirements, please apply directly through our website.
