Position Overview: As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home following an initial in-office training period (8 am to 5 pm). This role requires handling customer inquiries efficiently and professionally through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities: - Inbound Phone Support: Manage and respond to incoming calls, providing solutions and assistance to customer inquiries.
- Email and Case Management: Address customer emails and manage case dispositions accurately and promptly.
- Live Chat Support: Engage with customers through live chat, offering real-time assistance and support. Qualifications: - Experience: Previous experience in customer service, with the ability to handle approximately 40 calls per day.
- Bilingual Skills: Must be fluent in both Spanish and English, with proficiency in handling customer service interactions in both languages.
- Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Skills and Abilities: - Independence: Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
- Multitasking: Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
