Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and independent Call Center Assistant to join our team at Foot Locker in San Francisco, California. As an Entry Level position, we only require 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork skills and creativity to effectively assist customers over the phone.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information - Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Provide exceptional customer service in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and escalate as needed - Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies - Complete administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and organization skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
