Job Description:
Computer Sciences is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. The Remote Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote call center representatives, ensuring that they meet and exceed performance goals and provide top-notch customer service. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a call center management role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of remote call center representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure team success - Develop and implement strategies to optimize call center performance, including setting and monitoring KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews, and implementing training programs - Monitor call center metrics and performance data to identify trends, track progress, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer service inquiries and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management and customer service
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in call center management - Proven track record of driving results and meeting performance targets - Strong leadership and communication skills - Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
