As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers and resolve any issues - Providing accurate information about products and services - Documenting all customer interactions in the company's database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting or exceeding performance targets set by management - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
