Job Description:
TIAA, a leading financial services company, is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Call Center Officer in our Indianapolis, Indiana location. As an Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services to clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or feedback. 2. Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote TIAA's products and services. 3. Maintain a high level of customer service by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. 5. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance. 6. Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and upsell additional products and services. 7. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 9. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. 4. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively. 5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 6. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. 7. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. 8. Must be motivated, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
