Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and driven Call Center Officer to join our team at Bank of New York Mellon Corp. This position offers the flexibility to work from home in Houston, Texas. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in the banking industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding banking products and services. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer inquiries and issues. 3. Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. 4. Follow company policies and procedures to handle customer accounts and transactions. 5. Update customer information in the database and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. 6. Meet established goals and metrics for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Passionate and driven individual with a strong desire to excel in a customer service role. 2. Ability to cooperate with team members and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette. 4. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent qualification. 6. Must have a designated workspace at home with a reliable internet connection.
