Job Description - Call Center Representative

Tunnel Vision Productions is looking for one remote call center agent to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. As a Remote Call Center Agent at Seahawk Services, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls promptly and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information to customers on Seahawk Services and its offerings.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and professionalism.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member or supervisor.
• Achieve and maintain performance targets relating to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications
• Proven work experience as a call center agent or customer service representative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and call center systems.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
• Customer-focused attitude with a desire to assist and support customers.
