As a Remote Call Center Agent at Seahawk Services, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls promptly and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information to customers on Seahawk Services and its offerings.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and professionalism.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member or supervisor.
• Achieve and maintain performance targets relating to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
