Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Cincinnati Financial in our San Antonio, Texas office. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through chat platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multi-task efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through chat platforms - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Identify and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Strong analytical skills and the ability to think innovatively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
