Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Zoom Video Communications is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team in Washington, D.C. This is a full-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing customer assistance and technical support through our chat platform, helping our users navigate our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through our chat platform - Troubleshoot issues related to Zoom products and services - Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team members - Document customer interactions and resolutions in our internal system - Collaborate with other support team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product updates and features to provide accurate information to customers - Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams based on customer interactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Reliable and independent worker who can multitask and prioritize effectively - Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues - Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency with chat support platforms and ticketing systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
