Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Marriott International is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat communication with guests and customers. This position is ideal for someone who is independent, hardworking, and possesses strong leadership and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat - Provide accurate information about Marriott hotels, services, and promotions - Assist customers with booking reservations, processing payments, and resolving any issues or complaints - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying trends and recommending solutions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support platforms - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
