Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Intel is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Chat Support Officer to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through chat platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and analyze customer inquiries to provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues through chat platforms in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible support to customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Soft skills in persuasion and analysis - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus
