Client Chat Support

We are seeking a Client Chat Support professional to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our diverse global clientele, providing real-time assistance through our chat channels. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a fast-growing management firm and make a tangible impact on client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Respond to client inquiries via live chat in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
2. Provide accurate information regarding our consulting services, including Business Development, Expansion Strategies, Franchising, Research & Development, and Technology Advisory .
3. Troubleshoot client issues, escalate complex matters to the appropriate consulting teams, and ensure follow-through to resolution.
4. Maintain a deep understanding of our service framework to effectively guide clients through their engagement journey.
5. Document client interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous service improvement.
6. Uphold our commitment to 98.5% SLA adherence in all communications .

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

1. 1+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or a related role, preferably in a consulting, professional services, or B2B environment.
2. Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of English.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously with accuracy and professionalism.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
