Remote Client Relations Associate

As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and providing exceptional customer service to our remote clients. Your primary duties will include maintaining regular communication with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings, addressing any concerns or questions they may have, and ensuring client satisfaction with our services. You will also be responsible for researching industry trends and competitors to stay informed and provide valuable insights to clients.

The ideal candidate for this position will be independent, confident, and possess strong creativity and research skills. You must be able to work effectively without direct supervision and have the confidence to make decisions that benefit both the client and the company.
